These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hack Rebel Social TikTok Analytics Dashboard ("Service"), operated by Hack Rebel Social ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Hack Rebel Social provides a social media analytics dashboard that connects to the TikTok Content API to display performance metrics, follower statistics, and video analytics for TikTok accounts managed by our agency clients. The Service is intended for business use by agency clients and their authorized representatives only.

2. TikTok API Usage

Our Service integrates with the TikTok Content API (TikTok for Developers). By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You authorize us to access your TikTok account data on your behalf via OAuth 2.0 authentication.
• Access is limited to the specific permissions (scopes) granted during the OAuth authorization flow.
• We access only publicly available data and data explicitly authorized by you.
• Your use of data retrieved via the TikTok API is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and TikTok API Terms of Service.

3. Account Authorization & Access

To use the analytics features of our Service, you must authorize your TikTok account(s) through TikTok's OAuth 2.0 authentication system. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your TikTok account settings or by contacting us. Upon revocation, we will cease fetching new data from your TikTok account.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Service solely for lawful business purposes related to monitoring and analyzing the performance of TikTok accounts that you own or manage on behalf of your clients. You may not:

• Use the Service to collect data on TikTok users without their consent.
• Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the dashboard or its underlying code.
• Use data obtained through the Service to train machine learning models or for purposes beyond analytics reporting.
• Violate TikTok's Terms of Service or any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your TikTok account and the data associated with it. We do not claim ownership of any content or data retrieved from TikTok on your behalf. Analytics and aggregated metrics displayed in the dashboard remain the property of the respective TikTok account owners.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that analytics data will be error-free, complete, or up to date at all times, as data availability is subject to TikTok API limitations and availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hack Rebel Social shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss or business interruption.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Indonesia.
